About the Role
BankservAfrica, a key player in South Africa’s National Payments System, is looking for a Service Liaison to provide first-line client support.
The role focuses on handling client requests, queries, and incidents efficiently—ensuring that BankservAfrica’s products and services consistently meet client and industry expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and track client requests, incidents, and queries until completion.
Analyse and escalate issues for timely resolution and client satisfaction.
Provide technical and application training for clients when needed.
Offer CRM support and assist with monthly billing reports and monitoring.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or degree in Business (advantageous).
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong business writing and communication skills.
Experience Required
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the payments or financial industry.
Knowledge of BankservAfrica products (EFT, AC, EDO, Card, AVS, ICMS, MNS, etc.) and related processes.
