Position Overview

Trafalgar Birdhaven is looking for an energetic and professional Receptionist to join their team. The successful candidate will manage the front office, provide administrative and clerical support, and ensure the smooth operation of estate services.


Minimum Requirements

Matric (Grade 12)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Experience in Sectional Title repairs and maintenance

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Friendly, proactive, and approachable personality


Key Responsibilities

Answer and direct phone calls; manage inquiries and messages

Welcome and assist residents and visitors

Maintain administrative records and spreadsheets

Handle cash transactions (e.g., remotes, batteries, sanitizers, etc.)

Process applications, print/scan/email documents

Assist residents with queries (devices, bookings, maintenance, etc.)

Manage bookings for estate services (cleaners, gardeners, buses, etc.)

Perform invoicing, meter readings, and petty cash capturing

Coordinate events, meetings, and memorial setups

Conduct security clearance and manage notice boards

Arrange service providers (pest control, solar, garage doors, etc.)

Support the General Manager (GM) and Operations Manager (OM) as needed
