Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric)
Computer literate
Valid EB driver’s licence
Good communication, reading, and writing skills
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and maintenance of halls and indoor facilities.
Supervise General Workers and ensure smooth workflow.
Handle HR-related administration for staff.
Manage and monitor the use of facilities according to hire agreements.
Attend to enquiries and manage booking requests.
Order and control cleaning materials and equipment as required.
Perform minor building and surface repairs when necessary.
Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act requirements.
