About the Role
The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, managing the front desk and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Minimum Requirements
Matric / Grade 12
Valid Driverβs License and own transport
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Professional attitude and appearance
Customer service-oriented mindset
Ability to multitask and remain calm and resourceful under pressure
Working Hours
π Monday β Friday: 08:00 β 16:00
π Saturday: 09:00 β 12:00
Key Responsibilities
Visitor & Client Management: Welcome guests, manage visitor log, and direct them appropriately.
Communication: Answer, screen, and direct calls; handle inquiries professionally.
Administrative Support: Manage incoming/outgoing mail, filing, and data entry.
Scheduling: Assist with meeting coordination and appointment bookings.
Office Upkeep: Keep the reception area neat and stocked with necessary supplies.
Security: Follow access procedures and ensure office safety protocols are maintained.
