About the Role

Hydro International College is seeking a well-presented, professional, and friendly Receptionist / Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be organized, confident, and able to handle a busy office environment with ease.


Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.

Answer incoming calls and manage the switchboard efficiently.

Handle incoming and outgoing emails and other correspondence.

Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

Provide administrative support to the team and ensure smooth office operations.


Requirements

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative or receptionist role.

Fluent in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written).

Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Neat, professional appearance and a positive attitude.

Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
