Apt Resources, a respected recruitment agency, is looking for an enthusiastic and welcoming Restaurant Hostess for one of their clients who operate multiple restaurants in Dubai. In this role, you will be the first person guests interact with, helping to create a warm atmosphere and ensuring they enjoy a great dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests with a friendly greeting as they arrive.
Handle the reservation system and keep bookings well-organized.
Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure smooth service.
Share menu details with guests and answer their questions.
Guide guests to their seats and ensure they feel comfortable.
Address and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the entrance and dining area.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Hostess or in a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Good understanding of restaurant operations and strong organizational skills.
Ability to stay calm and efficient in a busy environment.
Friendly, positive attitude and great interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
Benefits
Salary: AED 3000–3500
Additional allowances: AED 400 for food
Service charge: AED 350–500 (average)
Credit card tips: AED 600–800
