Reporting to: Returns Outbound Manager
Key Responsibilities
Operations
Ensure daily production targets and SLA requirements are met with no carry-overs.
Manage RTM disposals and enforce compliance with SOPs.
Address and resolve deviations while reporting on KPIs.
Safeguard and correctly use all equipment.
Accurately capture overtime and ensure deadlines are met.
Verify attendance/biometric data and resolve queries.
Support staff with operational and admin needs.
Oversee PPE and stationery usage and ensure safe practices.
Maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Cost Control
Manage staff, overtime, and expenditure in line with workload fluctuations.
Control procurement processes effectively.
Reporting & Administration
Compile data and reports to support decision-making.
Maintain accurate filing of documentation.
Keep all reports and meeting records up to date.
People Management
Train, supervise, and monitor staff performance.
Ensure 100% attendance and approve overtime in advance.
Conduct staff appraisals, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
Drive accountability and performance at all levels.
Safety, Risk & Quality
Uphold 5S standards through regular audits.
Enforce health, safety, and quality procedures.
Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Qualifications & Experience
Matric/Grade 12 (essential).
Tertiary qualification (advantageous).
4–5 years warehouse experience.
2 years supervisory experience (advantageous).
Proven exposure to receiving, picking, packing, evaluation, put-away, and inventory management.
