Role Overview
The Inbound Sales Agent will engage with clients through inbound and outbound calls, following approved scripts and campaigns. The role involves handling queries about outstanding payments, providing product information, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions and accurate data recording.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Grade 12 / Matric
Regulatory: RE5 qualification
FAIS Class of Business certification
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a Call Centre Sales environment
