We’re placing Sales Consultants inside South Africa’s busiest Dis-Chem stores, giving you access to thousands of customers daily who are already focused on caring for themselves and their loved ones.
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll engage directly with walk-in customers, offering personalized financial and insurance solutions that make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with customers in-store to identify needs and introduce relevant insurance and financial products.
Provide professional, compliant, and needs-based financial advice.
Build lasting relationships by showcasing the value of Dis-Chem Life’s products.
Consistently meet sales and conversion targets in a fast-paced retail setting.
Maintain product knowledge and adhere to FSCA regulatory requirements.
Keep accurate and compliant records of all client interactions.
Represent Dis-Chem Life with professionalism, warmth, and care.

Minimum Requirements
Matric (Grade 12) – required.
Post-matric qualification (Diploma/Degree in Retail, Business, or related field) – advantageous.
Previous Fit & Proper registration (if applicable).
2–4 years’ experience in insurance, financial services, or retail sales.
Proven ability in face-to-face sales and customer engagement.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Must have reliable transport to and from the allocated store.
