Salary: ZAR 8,000 – ZAR 15,000 per month (uncapped commission potential)

We’re a fast-growing cleaning agency based in the UK, known for providing exceptional services to our clients.
As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Consultant with experience in the cleaning or general services sector.
Position Overview
In this remote role, you’ll focus on converting warm leads into paying customers.
Your goal is to understand client needs, recommend suitable services, and drive bookings—all while delivering excellent customer service and contributing to our team’s success.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to promote our cleaning services to potential clients.
Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate service packages.
Convert qualified leads into bookings, explaining the benefits of our offerings.
Maintain solid knowledge of all services to respond to inquiries confidently.
Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs.
Use our CRM to track client communication and sales activity.
Follow up with leads, handle objections professionally, and resolve issues empathetically.
Requirements
At least 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in cleaning or similar service sectors (e.g., deep cleaning, end-of-tenancy, or carpet cleaning).
A proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Must have a reliable laptop, stable internet, and backup connectivity.
Experience using CRM platforms.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Confident in handling client concerns with a problem-solving mindset.
What We Offer
Base salary of R8,000/month with uncapped commission (potential earnings up to R25,000/month).
40 days of paid leave annually.
