Job Description
Motus TATA Menlyn is recruiting a New Vehicle Sales Executive. The main purpose of this role is to maximise sales opportunities by selling vehicles profitably while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The position requires meeting sales targets and completing daily sales activities.
A basic salary plus commission is offered, making this an excellent opportunity for a motivated salesperson with a strong record of meeting targets.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly new vehicle sales targets.
Meet daily sales activity goals.
Manage customer relationships and the full sales process.
Implement strategies to grow and retain the customer base.
Prospect and develop new customers while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Promote vehicle features and benefits.
Handle customer enquiries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
Complete vehicle handovers according to company standards.
Manage customer expectations to ensure excellent service delivery.
Conduct marketing activities via social media and digital platforms.
Participate in promotions and campaigns.
Attend sales meetings regularly.
Complete all required company and OEM training and development programmes.
Experience Required
Preferably 2+ years of retail vehicle sales experience within a dealership.
Strong background in new vehicle sales is beneficial.
Proven history of achieving monthly sales targets.
Experience in cold calling and building a customer base.
Qualifications
Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
Other Requirements
Valid, unendorsed driver’s licence.
Clean driving record.
