This programme is designed to develop future Sales Executives through hands-on experience, structured training, and mentorship within a leading global automotive brand.
What You’ll Do
✔ Participate in the Hyundai Sales Trainee Programme
✔ Learn vehicle product knowledge and sales techniques
✔ Support Sales Executives with customer interactions and sales processes
✔ Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle solutions
✔ Maintain showroom standards and uphold the Hyundai brand
✔ Build strong customer relationships and achieve training objectives
What We’re Looking For
Minimum Grade 12 (Matric)
Valid driver’s licence
Strong interest in a career in automotive sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, resilient, and target driven
Professional attitude and presentation
Advantageous:
Sales or customer service experience | Degree or Diploma
