OPPORTUNITY
The Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation (DPCI) is recruiting a Personal Assistant for the Office of the National Head.
This permanent Level 7 position provides executive secretarial and administrative support to the Office of the National Head. The successful candidate will coordinate office activities, manage records, organise meetings and ensure that important documents are properly recorded and distributed.
The role also includes maintaining administrative systems, preparing presentations and supporting compliance with information security standards while supervising resources within the office.
Applicants should have:
Grade 12 (Senior Certificate) or National Certificate (Vocational) recorded on the National Learner Record Database at NQF Level 4
At least four (4) years of relevant experience
Proficiency in at least two official languages, including English
