Applicants must have a completed National Senior Certificate (NSC) or equivalent with a pass in the required subjects.

Sasol Learnership Selection Process
Applicants who meet the minimum requirements may go through several stages before final selection.
The process includes:
- Application – Candidates submit their application through the Sasol career portal.
- Shortlisting – Suitable candidates may be shortlisted.
- Interview – Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.
- Psychometric Assessment – Candidates who pass the interview may be invited for a psychometric assessment.
- Checks and Verifications – Successful candidates may undergo required checks and verifications.
- Medical Fitness Test – Candidates may be required to complete a medical fitness assessment.
- Security Clearance – Security clearance will form part of the process.
- Qualification Verification – Qualifications and other information provided by applicants will be verified.

Candidates who are not selected will receive a regret notification.
