About the Role
Fidelity Services Group is seeking a Scheduling Agent to join the SecureDrive Division. The role focuses on customer communication and coordination for product installations and service fitments. The successful candidate will ensure that all sales are scheduled and completed within the required timeframes, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction across all service touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, or in-person interactions.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding Fidelity SecureDrive’s products and services.
Coordinate and schedule vehicle fitments within the required timelines and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Investigate and resolve fitment or scheduling issues, collaborating with local and international technical teams (South Africa, India, and Jamaica).
Provide written and telephonic communication to customers regarding their installations.
Train customers on how to use Fidelity SecureDrive systems, both remotely and onsite.
Set up and manage user credentials (usernames and passwords) for customers.
Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails, ensuring quick and accurate responses.
Address and resolve customer complaints or disputes efficiently.
Communicate regularly with technicians to monitor job progress and follow up on scheduled tasks.
Reschedule jobs where necessary due to client unavailability.
Assist clients with De-Installations, Re-Installations, and device repair scheduling when required.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
A relevant qualification or degree will be an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong interpersonal skills
Prior experience in Telematics (advantageous)
Solid understanding of customer service management processes
Good knowledge of supply chain impacts on fitment scheduling
