About the Role
Servest, a leader in Integrated Facilities Management, is seeking a Sculler to join its team at St John’s College. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, this role is key to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and support within the kitchen environment.
Minimum Requirements
Matric and/or Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
Prior experience in a similar role
Good knowledge of service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude
Honest, reliable, and no criminal record
Commitment to safety, sanitation, and quality standards
Flexible and willing to take on new tasks as needed
Key Responsibilities
Ensure cleanliness in designated kitchen areas
Maintain hygiene and quality standards consistently
Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
Wash dishes and remove waste
Assist with receiving and storing kitchen stock
