Overview
The Administrator will oversee administrative operations within the plant, including training schedules, planning, UV & Sinbin processes, and production declarations.
The role supports world-class manufacturing standards, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
Matric with Maths and Science (required)
Diploma (advantageous)
2–5 years’ administrative experience
Key Responsibilities
Reporting
Compile and submit data (e.g., overtime, welfare, PPE allocations, indicators)
Record meeting minutes and track action items
Procurement & Stores
Handle procurement for plant requirements
Raise and process requisitions and RFQs
Liaise with suppliers regarding deliveries and special requests
Load requisitions on system and provide training where needed
Time & Attendance
Print and review exception reports
Verify with team leaders and capture exceptions
Review timesheets for payroll and submit for approval
Employee Records
Open and maintain staff files
Record training, notifications, and updates
Travel & Documentation
Arrange travel bookings on Omnia travel system
Manage SharePoint documents and ensure reviews
Support ISO compliance and close NCRs
Update training matrices, organograms, and departmental legal documents

Strong MS Office skills (MS Suite, MS AX, XTime, SharePoint)
Familiar with Omnia policies, payroll, and filing systems
