REQUIREMENTS:
Display competency in the post-specific functions.
Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or National Certificate (Vocational) on NQF Level 4.
Proficient in at least two official languages, one must be English.
South African citizen.
No previous convictions or cases pending.
Subject to vetting, security screening, and fingerprint verification.
Computer literacy, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills.
Appropriate/relevant experience, tertiary qualification, and developmental courses are advantageous.
DUTIES:
Provide secretarial support: type reports, letters, memoranda.
Manage diary, coordinate travel arrangements and claims.
Maintain updated filing system and document registers.
Handle routine correspondence, emails, faxes, and telephone calls.
Provide support during meetings and workshops.
Handle confidential documents.
Operate standard office equipment (fax, photocopier, computer).
Host and serve refreshments to visitors.
Manage office inventory.
Willing to work extended hours.
