Role Purpose:
To lead and oversee administrative operations, ensuring efficient workflows, compliance, and support across departments, while managing staff and contributing to smooth business functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Administration:
Manage and reconcile petty cash, credit card, and fuel expenses.
Submit supporting documents to the Accounts department promptly.
Stock & Logistics Management:
Maintain accurate stock records and conduct weekly stock takes.
Manage receiving, dispatching, and stock picking processes.
Team Supervision:
Supervise Administrator, Driver, Housekeeper, and Store staff.
Oversee staff timesheets and HR documentation compliance.
Order Processing:
Process sales and service orders end-to-end (testing, packing, invoicing, dispatch).
Ensure traceability of goods and liaise with sales, service, and courier teams.
Health, Safety & Compliance:
Conduct monthly safety checks and maintain safety logs.
Coordinate with external providers for compliance and maintenance needs.
Facilities & Fleet Management:
Oversee building maintenance and manage fleet vehicle servicing.
Front Office Operations:
Handle reception, walk-in customers, consumables, uniforms, and supply inventory.
Qualifications & Experience:
Matric (tertiary qualification advantageous).
Proven experience in a senior administrative role.
Bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
