Position: Sales Support Administrator

Salary: R12,000 – R15,000 CTC (based on experience)

Role Purpose:
To provide administrative and operational support to the external sales team and sales management, ensuring smooth processes, accurate documentation, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
Be available to designated sales reps and management.
Provide key information (lead times, stock availability, transport, credit info).
Prepare quotations, pro-forma invoices, and invoices.
Customer Service:
Respond to queries urgently and accurately.
Resolve customer issues and prepare credits where needed.
Handle difficult clients professionally.
Administrative Tasks:
Update administrative systems daily.
Communicate with the Production Planner on product needs.
Provide backup support to the Front Desk when needed.
Notify management of potential problems.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric).
2+ years experience in a similar role.
Computer literacy: MS Office (advanced Excel), Syspro or similar system.
Service industry experience (customer-focused).
Bilingual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational & multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Own vehicle (advantageous).
