Role Purpose:
To train and assess operators on various heavy equipment (loaders, excavators, dozers), ensuring that they meet acceptable practical and theoretical competency standards while adhering to Liebherr and client safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Training:
Conduct operator training on loaders, excavators, and dozers.
Provide safety training, including forklift and overhead equipment usage.
Assessment & Evaluation:
Assess operators post-training to ensure knowledge retention and competency.
Write detailed reports and provide feedback on trainees’ performance.
Content Development:
Maintain and improve training documentation, notebooks, and presentations.
Compliance & Safety:
Drive safely to sites, adhering to customer and Liebherr regulations.
Follow company policies and procedures.
Competencies & Skills:
Strong equipment operation & knowledge (loaders, excavators, dozers).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to prepare and deliver engaging training content.
