About the Role
Clicks Group is seeking a Shop Assistant Cashier to join the team.
The main purpose of this role is to deliver excellent customer service through efficient point-of-sale operations, merchandising, and creating a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Process all point-of-sale transactions quickly and accurately.
Scan products correctly, handle payments securely, and manage clubcard rewards.
Ensure safe and accurate cash handling at all times.
Actively promote and sign up new Clicks clubcard members to achieve participation targets.
Inform customers about promotions to drive sales and enhance their shopping experience.
Provide friendly, professional, and visible customer service as a brand ambassador.
Maintain store presentation standards through merchandising and housekeeping duties.
Stay informed on products, promotions, and events to assist customers effectively.
Uphold the company’s vision of being the customer’s first-choice health and beauty retailer.
