About the Role:
Clicks is seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to provide outstanding customer experiences at the point of sale.
The role involves handling transactions, promoting the Clicks ClubCard, and maintaining store appearance, contributing to the company’s vision of being the leading health and beauty retailer.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform point-of-sale operations quickly and efficiently.
Accurately scan and process payments, including ClubCard rewards.
Handle cash securely and responsibly.
Actively promote and sign up new members for the Clicks ClubCard.
Inform customers about current promotions to drive sales.
Represent the Clicks brand by delivering friendly, professional service.
Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
Stay informed about products, specials, and in-store events.
Required Knowledge:
Basic math skills.
Understanding of retail/FMCG operations, merchandising, and promotions.
Familiarity with stock handling procedures.
