Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales by giving customers a fun, friendly, and memorable shopping experience — a true “WOW” moment every time.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and assist with their specific needs
Provide awesome, friendly service in-store and over the phone
Recommend and sell products, including upselling and promoting warranties
Demonstrate product knowledge and explain items clearly
Price, display and merchandise products correctly
Ensure store cleanliness and promotions are executed on time
Participate in stock counts and minimize losses
Track and report fast vs. slow-selling items to the store manager
Help protect company assets and maximize sales and service performance
