Role Purpose:
The main objective is to deliver outstanding customer service by efficiently managing existing policyholder profiles, offering sound advice on risk and coverage, and contributing to customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle policy administration tasks
Upsell to current clients
Provide support with claims and related admin
Focus on retaining policies and maintaining strong client relationships
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric)
FAIS-recognised NQF Level 4 qualification, as required by the FSCA
RE5 certification (Representative level)
At least 2 years of proven experience in Short-Term Insurance Underwriting
Skills and Competencies:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent attention to detail
Strong customer service orientation
Effective verbal and written communication
Good interpersonal and negotiation abilities
