The Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Operations & Logistics Assistant to support our operations team.
This role focuses on maintaining efficient logistics processes while ensuring safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with customer collections and branch SCT orders.
Operate a forklift when required (backup role).
Provide backup driving support when needed.
Pack and organize 25L and 5L containers in storerooms and on pallets.
Label and shrink-wrap palletized goods.
Handle, contain, and clean up spillages safely.
Repack damaged bags or drums.
Load and offload trucks.
Complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
Conduct daily housekeeping in work areas.
Report any spillages, incidents, or accidents immediately.
Support dispatch control processes.
Carry out general operational duties as assigned.
Mandatory Requirements
Valid Forklift License.
Valid Code 14 Driver’s License, PDP, and Dangerous Goods Certificate.
At least 12 months’ experience in the chemical industry.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Must meet the physical requirements of the role.
