Job Summary
Hyundai Zambezi is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Stock Controller to manage internal stock operations effectively and cost-efficiently. The ideal candidate will ensure that stock is accurately captured, well-maintained, and readily available to meet customer and workshop needs.
Key Responsibilities
Capture and maintain stock data on the system to ensure product availability.
Monitor stock levels and place orders promptly to prevent shortages.
Safeguard and store stock in compliance with company policies.
Conduct regular stock counts and report losses or discrepancies.
Meet performance targets in line with procedures and service level agreements.
Provide accurate reports and updates for informed decision-making.
Support governance, compliance, and efficiency within stock control operations.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric)
Certificate or Diploma in Inventory Management or Supply Chain (advantageous)
0–1 year experience in a similar role
Strong organizational and communication skills
Customer-focused with great attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and inventory systems
Ability to identify and resolve operational issues efficiently
