About the Role

This part-time role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about luxury retail and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced, stylish environment.
As a Flexi Store Assistant, your focus will be on providing outstanding service, supporting sales, and maintaining stock accuracy — all while embodying the luxury that Spitz represents.
Responsibilities
Cash Management
Handle cash register duties with accuracy
Complete daily banking and cash-up procedures
Manage manual transactions when needed
Stock Handling
Follow daily procedures to manage stock effectively
Help with processing customer orders
Conduct weekly inventory counts and keep storerooms organized
Perform shoe pairing tasks to ensure inventory accuracy
Customer Engagement
Offer expert advice and product knowledge
Build strong customer relationships through excellent service
Represent the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism
What You’ll Need
Matric / Grade 12 (compulsory)
6–12 months of experience in retail (luxury or fashion retail is a plus)
Passion for fashion, footwear, and customer interaction
Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and during busy periods
Preferred Skills and Qualities
Good numerical skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
High standard of organisation and presentation
Team player who works well with others
Natural communicator who enjoys engaging with people
