About the Role
Woolworths Brooklyn Mall is looking for a Beauty Consultant with a passion for cosmetics, customer service, and sales excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service to all shoppers.
Manage and monitor stock levels efficiently.
Maintain high shopkeeping standards in line with company guidelines.
Drive cosmetics sales to meet and exceed targets.
Minimise shrinkage and tester waste in line with store goals.
Support the team to achieve overall department and store targets.
Handle store admin (IBTs, RTMs, and price discrepancies).
Maintain top-tier product knowledge and ensure displays are always on point.
Report any irregularities to the Store Team Leader promptly.
Minimum Requirements
Qualification or experience in Cosmetology
Strong knowledge of beauty brands
At least 1 year of experience in a Beauty Sales environment (essential)
