Key Requirements:
MUST have experience managing high-volume automotive spare parts (15,000+ items)
3–5 years of relevant experience
Strong background in stock control, inventory management, parts handling, and store operations
Technical understanding of parts and warehousing systems
Ability to work under pressure and with a team
Good communication skills across all levels
Ability to use and be trained on stock management software
Must be willing to assist in other areas as needed
Key Responsibilities:
Receiving:
Inspect and receive incoming goods accurately using company systems
Verify paperwork and check for damage or missing parts
Ensure proper labeling and safe storage
Dispatching:
Pick and pack customer orders with care
Use stock software to process dispatches
Load goods safely onto vehicles
Technician Support:
Issue and return stock based on job cards
Record all issued/returned parts in the system
Housekeeping & Stock Control:
Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Assist with stock takes and maintain stock accuracy
Maintain 98–99% accuracy in receiving, dispatching, and recordkeeping
Performance KPIs:
99% accuracy in receiving and dispatch
98%+ stock level accuracy
Timely and accurate support for technicians (95%+)
Full compliance with safety, housekeeping, and administrative policies
Working Hours & Benefits:
Hours: Mon–Fri, 07:30–16:30 (occasional after-hours/weekend stock counts)
Lunch & Breaks: 30 min lunch + 2 x 15-min breaks

Pension: 5% employer / 2% employee contribution
Life Insurance: 2x annual salary
Leave: 15 days annually, increasing to 20 after 5 years
