About the Role
RCL FOODS, a leader in the food manufacturing industry, is looking for a Storeman to join the Beverages division in Pretoria West.
This role supports production by managing, issuing, and tracking raw materials while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in stock control.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
Certificate/qualification in Supply Chain (advantageous)
Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
ERP system experience (SAP preferred)
3+ years’ warehouse or storage experience
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Basic computer literacy for inventory management
Physically fit (able to lift, move materials, and stand for long periods)
Key Responsibilities
Picking & Issuing: Collect and issue materials to production.
Inventory Tracking: Maintain accurate stock records and monitor variances.
Receiving & Storing: Verify and store incoming raw materials.
Dispatching: Prepare and label materials for production use.
Logistics Support: Assist with stock transfers, cycle counts, returns, and collections.
Inventory Adjustments: Process returns, scrap, and blocked stock records.
Coordination: Work with purchasing, production, and quality teams on stock verification, variance clearance, damaged stock isolation, and unused material returns.
