Role: Temp Receptionist/Office Administrator
Key Responsibilities
Management Support
Assist management with day-to-day tasks.
Provide PA support to Heads of Departments.
Arrange travel for employees and help organise company events.
Prepare documentation needed for mine site customer visits when required.
Reception Duties
Serve as the front-office representative for Normet Africa.
Handle incoming calls and direct internal and external enquiries.
Service Department Administration
Prepare and file service-related invoices.
Capture orders and process quotations or service invoices.
Receive and file technician job cards.
Provide information needed for quotation preparation.
Compile overtime records for service technicians with the Service Manager.
Assist with customer quotations during staff leave or absences.
Capture and update data on the Smart Care system.
General Office Support
Process invoices for designated accounts.
Assist with additional admin tasks and special projects across departments.
Manage office supplies and place bi-monthly or monthly orders.
Perform other admin duties as assigned by Managers.

Minimum Requirements
Education
Grade 12
Experience
Experience working with phone systems, printers, and copiers
Strong word processing skills; Excel and desktop publishing software are beneficial
Basic computer literacy in MS Office
Advantageous
Knowledge of software such as Pastel or Sage Evolution
Experience in data capturing, report preparation, and customer communication
