Job Description
This is a 12-month learnership programme that includes coaching and mentorship focused on the baking process. The programme is SETA-accredited, and successful learners will receive an official SAQA-endorsed qualification.
Throughout the learnership, participants will gain hands-on practical experience required by both RCL FOODS and the SETA to complete the qualification.
The Supreme Siyabhaka Academy aims to:
Develop the skills of young individuals, helping them become employable professionals in the baking industry.
Promote our baking brands as leaders in quality, consistency, and excellence.
Elevate industry standards by improving bakery product quality and customer experience across the sector.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 with Hospitality Studies and Mathematical Literacy (essential)
Computer literacy (MS Office) will be an advantage
Motivated and driven to perform
Willingness to learn and grow
Creativity and strong problem-solving skills
