Resort Receptionist – Dikhololo
Location: Brits, North West, South Africa
Key Responsibilities
Welcome resort guests and manage the check-in and check-out process.
Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints while maintaining strong guest relations.
Manage guest accounts, including processing all types of payments (cash included).
Perform general administrative tasks such as telephone duties, reservations, and front-office operations.
Communicate and coordinate with external partners when required.
Work closely with all departments on the resort, including outsourced service providers.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Previous receptionist experience in the hospitality or service industry.
Strong understanding of hospitality operations.
Computer literacy, including proficiency in Word and Excel, and familiarity with hospitality property management or billing systems.
Strong administrative and interpersonal skills.
Basic financial skills, including the ability to manage billing and handle cash transactions.

Passion for working in the service and hospitality environment.
Ability to work under pressure and independently.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Willingness to work hospitality hours such as shifts, overtime, standby, weekends, and public holidays.
A valid driver’s licence is an advantage.
