About the Role
Feedem Catering is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Time and Attendance Coordinator to join our HR team.
This role focuses on managing and maintaining the organisation’s Time and Attendance (T&A) system, supporting users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring accurate labour cost control.
Key Responsibilities
Administer, monitor, and optimise the T&A system (including biometrics and face recognition).
Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and manage user permissions.
Train managers and staff on system use, including creating training material and online refresher videos.
Ensure compliance with data security, HR policies, and company standards.
Monitor timecards, resolve missed punches, absenteeism, and time-off requests.
Compile reports, logs, and data summaries for HR and management.
Coordinate T&A-related projects and serve as a liaison with HR, IT, vendors, and leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
National Diploma in Business Administration, HR, IT, or related field.
Strong computer skills (MS Office – Excel advanced level, Internet, HRIS systems).
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Self-starter, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience Required
5+ years in Time and Attendance management, HRIS, or similar systems (e.g., Kronos, The Greenest Office, Sage 300).
5+ years managing labour costs in organisations with 1,000–3,000 employees (advantageous).
Proven record in training, project coordination, and system administration.
