Your Main Duties:
Data Entry Pro: Process invoices and manage data with precision
Query Handler: Respond to supplier, distribution center, and buyer inquiries professionally
Stock Accuracy: Ensure stock sheets and invoices match
Document Organizer: Keep records well-filed and accessible
Support Reporting: Assist with various reports and other ad hoc tasks as needed

Minimum Requirements:
Matric certificate
Proficient computer skills, especially Excel

Willingness to work overtime when necessary
