Job Summary:
As a Waiter, you will deliver exceptional guest service by providing a welcoming and professional dining experience. You’ll ensure high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and hospitality while collaborating with both the kitchen and front-of-house teams. The role requires attention to detail, quick response to guest needs, and a passion for excellence. You will also support daily restaurant operations and uphold company hygiene and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Follow all company policies and standard operating procedures
Prepare dining areas before service, ensuring everything is in place
Welcome and serve guests courteously and promptly
Attend to guest needs proactively to maintain a high service standard
Be ready for individual or group bookings in advance
Set tables properly with clean and undamaged utensils
Keep waiter stations fully stocked at all times
Be familiar with the full menu, including specials and ingredients
Clear tables efficiently without making guests feel rushed
Accurately take, process, and serve orders; ensure correct billing
Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness throughout the service area
Carry out any additional tasks to support smooth restaurant operations
