About the Role:

The FirstJob Learner position is a developmental opportunity designed to help you earn a recognized qualification while gaining valuable work experience. During this time, you’ll take on a variety of tasks—including administration, research, project work, and analysis—that support your team’s goals. You’ll also receive job-specific training and are expected to complete all academic requirements related to your qualification.


Key Responsibilities:

Identify and report potential risks that could increase operational costs

Understand and support cost-saving practices

Learn and follow financial procedures and operational standards

Uphold the bank’s values and service principles, especially when dealing with customers

Take ownership of resolving customer complaints professionally

Collect and share customer feedback to improve service delivery

Provide accurate information and advice about bank products

Follow processes to ensure operational effectiveness and high-quality standards

Adhere to company policies and maintain up-to-date activity records

Suggest innovative ideas to improve processes and systems

Help improve how the bank serves customers through process alignment

Identify development areas and create a personal growth plan

Participate in team efforts and support team goals

Share information and work respectfully with colleagues

Embrace diversity and promote inclusivity
