What’s the Job About?
As a Flexi Store Assistant, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations, including sales support, stock management, and cash handling. Flexibility in your work schedule is key.
Your Main Responsibilities:
🔸 Cash Handling
Operate the cash register with precision
Follow strict cash and banking procedures
Manage manual transactions accurately
🔸 Stock Management
Help with daily stock tasks and storeroom upkeep
Process customer orders efficiently
Assist with weekly stock counts
Ensure correct shoe pairing and product display
🔸 Customer Experience
Offer top-class service with confidence and product knowledge
Build strong customer relationships through friendly and helpful service
Maintain the store’s luxury brand image
What You’ll Need:
✔ Matric / Grade 12
✔ 6–12 months of retail experience (fashion/luxury experience is a bonus)
✔ A love for fashion, shoes, and working with people
✔ Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and busy trading periods
