About the Role:
Servest, a leader in Integrated Facilities Management, is looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Consultant to join the Hygiene Solutions team at their Head Office. You’ll be responsible for driving new sales over the phone, building client relationships, and meeting sales targets.
What You’ll Need:
Matric / Grade 12
At least 3 years of telesales experience, preferably in hygiene, pest control, or interior plants
Strong communication skills – able to speak clearly and professionally
A proven track record in sales and target achievement
Good product knowledge or the ability to learn quickly
Must be computer literate
Able to handle pressure, self-motivated, and goal-focused
What You’ll Do:
Generate new business by contacting potential customers and explaining products/services
Build and maintain customer relationships to support sales growth
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets to help the team succeed
