About the Role
Clicks Group is hiring a Sales Advisor for The Body Shop in Brooklyn. The main objective of this role is to deliver outstanding customer service by offering expert product knowledge and boosting sales through effective cross-selling and upselling strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales through customer engagement and upselling.
Follow all store procedures to prevent stock loss and shrinkage.
Maintain a visually appealing, customer-friendly store environment.
Ensure promotional activities and daily operations are executed properly.
Enhance customer loyalty and support overall profitability.
Consistently provide top-level customer service.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service and listening skills
Problem-solving capabilities
Qualifications & Experience
Matric / Grade 12 (compulsory)
Experience working in cosmetics or retail sales/service (preferred)
Computer literate
Solid knowledge of retail principles and stock control
Comfortable interacting with customers and using sales techniques
