The Beverages Division at RCL Foods is looking for a Temporary Receptionist to join the team in Pretoria West, reporting to the HR Practitioner.
This role is responsible for being the first point of contact for guests, clients, and staff, ensuring smooth front desk operations.
Minimum Requirements
Matric (Grade 12) or NQF Level 4 equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in a receptionist role
MS Office certification is a plus
Knowledge & Skills
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Familiar with internal/external phone systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and able to multitask
Professional and diplomatic in client/staff interactions

Key Responsibilities
Reception & Visitor Management
Answer calls professionally
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
Ensure all visitors are accompanied by staff
Conduct safety inductions before allowing visitor access
Manage boardroom bookings and coordinate on-site meetings
Support new employee onboarding with safety inductions
Parcel & Document Handling
Log and hand over all overnight parcels to admin
Ensure proper document tracking and handovers
Consumable Inventory Control
Track and manage stock of PPE and stationery
Report monthly stock levels and alert Senior Buyer when low
Create workflows for issuing supplies
General Coordination
Arrange weekend meals when production is active
Handle meal coordination for meetings upon request

Follow company procedures and policies
Maintain alertness and professionalism at all times
