Minimum Requirements:
National Diploma in HR Management, Business Management, or an equivalent NQF Level 6 qualification.
2–3 years’ experience in HR, local government, or a similar environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle general and specialised HR administration tasks to deliver a professional HR service.
Apply governance, regulatory, and risk management practices to prevent issues that could impact departmental performance and service delivery.
Manage financial processes such as quotations and invoices in line with supply chain management policies and the MFMA.
Deliver excellent customer service aligned with Batho Pele principles to maintain high satisfaction levels.
