About the Role
Premier FMCG, a leading name in the fast-moving consumer goods sector, is seeking a Load Master to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance in warehouse loading and receiving operations.
This role is critical for maintaining efficiency and product integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Verify picked loads and received goods for accuracy.
Ensure products are palletised correctly, damage-free, and have complete traceability stickers.
Check picking slips and prioritise according to routing or listing.
Supervise team members to meet targets and follow company policies.
Oversee damaged stock handling and disposal in line with procedures.
Prepare and stage products correctly for loading, with proper labelling.
Obtain supervisor sign-off for product shortages and submit picking slips for invoicing.
Maintain team timekeeping records.
Participate in stock counts for accuracy.
Monitor and report irregularities, mis-picks, and damages.
Minimum Requirements
Matric (Grade 12)
2–3 years’ warehouse experience, preferably in FMCG environments
