Key Responsibilities
Pick and pack cartons/boxes in line with standards and work instructions.
Transfer products into active stock.
Receive and book goods into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) following ISO 13485 standards.
Handle outbound shipments in collaboration with the Customer Service team.
Check for quantity differences, damages, and ensure compliance with QA guidelines.
Perform inventory control to maintain high quality standards for audits.
Record and report any discrepancies.
Maintain communication with supervisors and team members.
Follow company rules, quality service standards, and regulations.
Keep the warehouse organized, safe, and clean (sweeping, dusting, mopping, etc.).
Use safety equipment and follow all health & safety procedures.
Requirements
Proven warehouse experience.
Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Familiarity with modern warehouse practices.
Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Basic computer skills.
RF scanner experience.
Good math skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
