The Role
We’re looking for a Field Sales Account Executive to drive adoption of Yoco’s integrated payments solutions in Pretoria.
Your focus will be helping food and beverage businesses streamline operations, reduce friction, and deliver great customer experiences through tailored, tech-enabled workflows.
What You’ll Do
Identify new business opportunities and grow Yoco’s presence in Pretoria.
Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close deals with merchants and partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners.
Consistently achieve (and exceed!) monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, ops, customer success) to ensure smooth merchant onboarding.
Share market and competitor insights to improve strategy and product offerings.
Keep accurate CRM data and sales forecasts.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of solution sales experience (fintech, SaaS, or POS systems preferred).
Proven track record in complex, high-touch sales environments with multiple stakeholders.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Driven, self-motivated, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline.
Familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).
Deep understanding of hospitality/food & beverage workflows and tech stacks.
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle (this is a field-based role).
Nice to have:
Experience in payments, POS, or financial services.
Exposure to small/medium-sized businesses.
Local market knowledge of Pretoria.
