Salary: R260,244 – R356,928 per annum (plus benefits)


Minimum Requirements

Matric.

1-year post-Matric certificate in Administration or related field.

At least 1 year of administration experience.

Computer literacy.


Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support to the division.

Maintain the division’s key register.

Barcode all new items received for the division.

Conduct quarterly spot-checks on assets.

Collect information on lost, damaged, stolen, or redundant items.

Liaise with the Administration Manager to clarify and resolve administrative processes.

Report losses or breakages and ensure insurance claim forms are accurately captured and submitted.

Apply governance and risk management standards in line with procedures.

Complete tasks accurately to avoid financial loss.

Ensure work meets Batho Pele service delivery principles and quality standards.

Deliver work within set deadlines.
