Job Summary

Clover is seeking a dedicated Administrative Controller: Learning & Development to join the Human Resources Department.
The successful candidate will plan, coordinate, and execute administrative and logistical functions that support the company’s learning and development initiatives.


Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 or equivalent NQF 4 qualification

Relevant experience in applying job-related concepts, techniques, and processes at the required level

Fluent in Business English

Intermediate computer literacy (MS Office Suite)

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development Coordination

Coordinate logistics for learning and development programmes

Arrange and prepare training venues; communicate with delegates before and during sessions

Prepare learning materials and liaise with service providers to determine training needs

Handle travel, flight, and accommodation arrangements for training participants

Create purchase orders and process payments for service providers

Manage bursar documentation and payments for both employed and unemployed bursars

Administrative Support

Support the Best Company to Work For survey process

Perform administrative tasks related to L&D operations

Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and Quality Management System (QMS)

Maintain the calendar and schedules for the L&D team

Handle L&D-related queries and liaise with vendors and service providers

Prepare vendor registration documentation

Oversee office management needs (stationery, functions, equipment, etc.)

Create and distribute internal certificates

Maintain accurate records and reports

Reporting

Update LMS and QMS data

Track and record all payments

Prepare Learning & Development reports and presentations for management
