Purpose of the Role
Provide administrative support to the Director and Manager of Client Solutions. Focus on assisting with new business proposals, tenders (RFIs and RFPs), and team capability documents.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Tender Administration & Proposal Support
Search for and track new online tender opportunities
Organize tender review meetings and ensure deadlines are met
Assist in compiling tender/proposal documents
Download, collate, and manage all tender documents
Clarify tender/bid requirements with team
Help format and present final documents professionally
Coordinate submission and delivery of tender packages on time
Schedule strategic meetings for key decision-makers
🔹 New Business Admin & CRM Support
Update and manage business opportunities using the CRM system
Enforce correct document naming conventions across the business
Track status of proposal templates (generic/customised)
Collaborate with internal teams for proposal review and updates
Redesign and format PowerPoint presentations for proposals

Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Relevant post-matric qualification
Experience:
Previous tender administration experience is advantageous
Technical Skills:
Strong PowerPoint design and formatting skills
Proficient in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with Adobe tools
Soft Skills:
Strong organizational and coordination abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication
