About the Role

Motus Autoworx, a leading name in the vehicle repair industry, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator to join the Jet Park branch. The role involves supporting the Administration Manager with daily operational and administrative tasks to ensure the business meets its performance goals.


Minimum Requirements

Education: Grade 12 (Matric)

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an administrative role

License: Valid, unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license (held for at least 2 years)

Computer Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office

Excellent verbal and written communication in English


Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Coordinate travel arrangements and compile travel reconciliations.

Maintain training registers and management meeting minutes (monthly and quarterly).

Manage uniform orders and distribution by liaising with suppliers and branches.

Handle filing and assist with courier arrangements.

Conduct vetting of outsourced partners.

Assist with payroll consolidation.
